Last Updated: May 2026

Welcome to MapleLeaf Vision. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between MapleLeaf Vision and clients engaging in coaching, consultancy, strategic recovery, mentoring, or related professional support services.

By booking or purchasing services from MapleLeaf Vision, clients agree to the following terms.

1. Coaching Relationship

MapleLeaf Vision provides professional coaching, mentoring, consultancy, and strategic support services designed to support reflection, leadership development, wellbeing, career progression, and professional growth.

Coaching is a collaborative and reflective process. Clients acknowledge that outcomes will vary between individuals and no specific personal, professional, or financial results can be guaranteed.

MapleLeaf Vision does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Coaching services are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or clinical mental health support.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing throughout the coaching process.

2. Confidentiality

All coaching discussions and client information are treated confidentially and handled with professionalism and discretion.

Confidential information will not be shared with third parties unless:

  • required by law;
  • there is a safeguarding concern;
  • there is a risk of serious harm to the client or others;
  • the client provides explicit consent.

MapleLeaf Vision operates in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and GDPR principles.

For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance of coaching sessions or programme commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients purchasing coaching packages or programmes through instalment arrangements remain liable for the full agreed programme fee regardless of session usage, except where covered under the satisfaction guarantee or agreed otherwise in writing.

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in coaching sessions being paused or cancelled until payment is received.

All prices are stated in GBP (£).

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

MapleLeaf Vision understands that circumstances can change and aims to offer reasonable flexibility wherever possible.

Clients are asked to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full at the discretion of MapleLeaf Vision.

If MapleLeaf Vision needs to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered promptly.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Where a satisfaction guarantee is offered, this applies only to eligible bespoke coaching programmes as explicitly stated at the point of purchase.

Refund requests under the satisfaction guarantee must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days of programme commencement.

MapleLeaf Vision reserves the right to determine whether reasonable engagement with the coaching process has taken place prior to approving any refund request.

Unused sessions outside of guarantee arrangements are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Online Coaching and Technology

Many MapleLeaf Vision services are delivered remotely via video conferencing platforms or digital communication methods.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • appropriate internet access;
  • suitable technology;
  • a private and appropriate environment for coaching sessions.

MapleLeaf Vision cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by client technology issues or internet connectivity failures.

7. Professional Boundaries

MapleLeaf Vision reserves the right to end a coaching relationship where behaviour becomes abusive, inappropriate, discriminatory, threatening, or inconsistent with professional working standards.

In such circumstances, refunds will be at the discretion of MapleLeaf Vision.

8. Limitation of Liability

MapleLeaf Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, personal, professional, or financial losses arising from the use of coaching or consultancy services.

Clients accept full responsibility for decisions and actions taken following coaching sessions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MapleLeaf Vision’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant coaching programme or service.

9. Force Majeure

MapleLeaf Vision shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, technical failure, internet disruption, severe weather, government restrictions, or national emergencies.

10. Intellectual Property

All MapleLeaf Vision materials, resources, frameworks, documents, and programme content remain the intellectual property of MapleLeaf Vision unless otherwise stated.

Materials provided to clients are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared commercially without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
