Mapleleaf Vision sometimes uses Bark.com to find and purchase potential clients’ details from the adverts they submit. Irrespective of origin, all details are kept confidential. Client files are not retained longer than 12 months from the end of the contract agreement unless there has been explicit consent. Potential clients’ details are not held where it is confirmed in writing that Mapleleaf Vision services are not required. Mapleleaf Vision does not share any contact details with any other party.
Mapleleaf Vision uses G-Suite and OneDrive as the primary platforms for communication and cloud storage. Payments are secured using online bank transfer, electronic funds transfer (EFT) and PayPal. Mapleleaf Vision’s client privacy policy is to record minimal data on client sessions, upholding the confidentiality between the coach and client. The only exception to diverge away from the usual coaching standards is where there is a need to ensure the highest possible standards are being met to prioritise the client’s well-being and experience.
